Dr. Daniel Michel, LL.M. is lawyer specialized in information technology, data protection and intellectual property for many years. From 2010 to 2018 he was associated partner at GvW Graf von Westphalen in Munich and member of the team for IT/IP as well as of their information technology group.
Daniel Michel advises and represents medium size and large companies, public authorities and research institutes on technology specific and IT projects, R&D cooperations and know how protection, as well on suppliers’ and on clients’ side. His main focus thus lies on digitalization, data use and data protection. In February 2018 he founded DM DATALAWCOUNSEL.
