Understanding Design in broader terms, Sberbank, Russia’s biggest, and the world’s most profitable bank, is transforming it’s organization in an agile, data-driven tribe structure in order to develop the future.
Before Oliver joined Sberbank he was Executive at SAP, Director at Russell Reynolds and Managing Director of several companies. He currently writes his PhD related to Fake News and holds the biggest Intourist Collection in the world (Soviet Travel Poster).
